Faculty/Staff Wireless Instructions
Excluding the residence halls, there should be three network displaying across campus:
-NCCC_STAFF
-NCCC_STUDENT
-NCCC_PUBLIC
Faculty and staff will connect to the NCCC_STAFF network. In general when connecting you will be asked for a username and password, this will be what you use to login to your email and/or what you use to login to your computer at NCCC. Your username will NOT be your full email address. It will just be the part before the @ symbol like when logging into your email account on the website.
CONNECTING TO NCCC_STAFF
iPhone/iPad (iOS)-
Select the NCCC_STAFF network. You will be prompted for a username and password as seen below. Enter the username and password you use to login to your email and/or what you use to login to your computer at NCCC.
Once you have entered your username and password, hit JOIN in the top right hand corner. You will then be presented with a certificate as seen below, hit TRUST in the top right hand corner. You now should be connected!
Android-
Select the NCCC_STAFF network. You will be prompted with a screen similar to below. For the EAP method, select PEAP. For the certificate, either don’t select or select DON’T VALIDATE. Enter your username that you use for your Neosho email or to login to your computer at NCCC for the IDENTITY and your password in the password field. Then hit connect/next. You should now be connected!
Windows 10 PC-
Select the NCCC_STAFF network. You will be prompted for a username and password as seen below. Enter the username and password you use to login to your email and/or what you use to login to your computer at NCCC.
Once you have entered your username and password, hit OK. You will then be presented with a certificate as seen below, hit CONNECT. You now should be connected!
MAC-
Select the NCCC_STAFF network. You will be prompted for a username and password as seen below. Enter the username and password you use to login to your email and/or what you use to login to your computer at NCCC.
Once you have entered your username and password, hit JOIN in the bottom right hand corner. You will then be presented with a certificate as seen below, hit CONTINUE in the bottom right hand corner. You now should be connected!
