Setting Up Voicemail messages

The following are instructions to change your voicemail on yealink phones

1. Press the Message button

2. Enter your password, if this is your first time it should be the same as your extension, if not you should have set one up previously, if you cannot please let us know and we can reset it to the ext of the phone

3. Using the automated system select mailbox options (typically 5)

4. Set up the desired message and name using the automated system (1 for Unavailable, 2 for busy, 3 for name change, 4 for temporary greeting)

5. Hang up when done
